Product brief introduction

The system uses Advantech industrial computer as the main control hardware, and adopts the special control software based on Siemens industrial control software platform independently developed and compiled by our company. The control signals of all relevant equipment of the whole station are transmitted to the industrial computer through the line, and then are automatically analyzed through the special control software, and displayed on the computer screen through the man-machine interface.

The control software has two working modes: automatic and manual participation. In automatic control, the software automatically receives various signals, and automatically sends out control signals to control the equipment after analysis. In manual participation, the software displays the data analysis result distribution through the man-machine interface, and the operator determines the operation method of each step before sending out the control signal.
