The dozer valve is an important component of the compression garbage truck. Its pressure directly affects the density of garbage filling. When the pressure of the dozer valve is lower than the rated standard (12MPa), the tension generated during the pressure filling of the garbage is too small, which will cause garbage The loading capacity cannot reach the set value; when the pressure of the dozer valve is too high, the tension generated during the pressure filling of the garbage may cause irreversible results such as cracking and deformation of the box.
If you want to avoid this situation, the debugging and maintenance engineers of the manufacturer must master the correct adjustment method of the push shovel valve of the garbage compression truck.
There are two ways to adjust the push shovel valve of a compression garbage truck:
method one
1. Connect the pressure gauge to the pressure measuring connector of the dozing shovel valve;
2. Loosen the lock nut of the pressure regulating screw of the dozing shovel valve, and unscrew the regulating screw counterclockwise to the limit position;
3. Simultaneously push out the dozer and slide the slide up to the two-cylinder top cylinder, and keep this action;
4. Turn the pressure regulating screw of the dozer valve clockwise gradually, and observe the pressure gauge reading. When the pressure gauge shows 12MPa, stop the pressure regulation and lock the lock nut.
Method Two
1. Adjust the system pressure to 12MPa (method such as method one);
2. Connect the pressure gauge reliably to the pressure measuring connector of the dozing shovel valve;
3. Loosen the lock nut of the push shovel valve pressure regulating screw, and tighten the regulating screw clockwise to the limit position;
4. Simultaneously push out with a dozer and slide the slide up to the two-cylinder top cylinder, and keep this action;
5. Gradually loosen the pressure regulating screw of the dozer valve counterclockwise, loosen slowly, 1/8 turn every time, and observe the pressure gauge reading. When the pressure gauge reading suddenly drops from 12MPa to zero, stop the pressure regulation , And lock the lock nut;
6. Re-adjust the system pressure to 16MPa (the method is omitted).
